Account and data deletion
Cuotaro users can request deletion of their account and associated workspace data from inside the app or by contacting Cuotaro.
Request deletion from the app
The workspace owner can sign in to Cuotaro, open Settings, go to Unsubscribe, type the requested confirmation text and ask Cuotaro to email a deletion confirmation link.
This in-app flow helps verify that the request comes from the account owner before a destructive action is performed.
Request deletion without opening the app
If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@cuotaro.com from the email address associated with the Cuotaro account. Use the subject "Cuotaro account deletion request" and include the workspace or account email you want to delete.
Cuotaro may request additional verification before completing the deletion request.
What will be deleted
After a verified request, Cuotaro deletes or anonymizes the account and associated workspace data, including customer records, requests, quotes, jobs, payments, reminders, files, templates, activity history and users where deletion is applicable.
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, accounting obligations, security, fraud prevention, backup integrity or the defence of legal claims.
Paid subscriptions
If the workspace is linked to an active paid subscription, the subscription may need to be cancelled in the billing portal before the workspace can be fully deleted.
Payment records handled by payment providers such as Stripe are subject to those providers' own legal and retention obligations.
