Service provider

Cuotaro is operated by Jose Ciscar Garcia, Spanish VAT identification number (NIF-IVA) ES52746465J, with address at Carrer Frare Lluis Amigo, 16 - 8, Torrent (Valencia), Spain and contact email info@cuotaro.com.

For Huawei AppGallery submissions, the provider and developer name may appear as CISCAR GARCIA JOSE. In other app store contexts, Cuotaro may also appear under the publisher name Software GestionPYME.

Description of the service

Cuotaro is a cloud-based SaaS workspace for small service businesses. It helps users manage customers, service requests, quotes, scheduled jobs, operational payment follow-up, reminders, files, photos, templates, settings and activity history.

The service can be accessed through the web application and through supported companion apps. Store-distributed apps provide access to the same Cuotaro cloud service and are not sold as separate standalone products.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account or workspace.

Users must provide accurate account information, maintain a valid email address and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Cuotaro may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations or investigate misuse.

Trial, plans and payment

Cuotaro may offer a free trial period before a paid subscription is selected. The current Cuotaro trial lasts 21 days and does not require payment details.

Paid plans, user limits, storage limits and billing options are published on the pricing page. Prices are listed before checkout and may exclude VAT, sales tax or other applicable taxes.

When Paddle is used at checkout, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle may handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, subscription billing and refund processing according to the terms shown during checkout and Paddle's buyer terms.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Cuotaro to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive or security-compromising content.

Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, interfere with security measures or access data that does not belong to them.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis to enter and process customer, employee, supplier or third-party data inside their Cuotaro workspace.

User data and uploaded content

Users retain ownership of the operational data and files they enter into Cuotaro.

By using the service, users grant Cuotaro the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that data solely to provide, maintain, secure and support the service.

Users should keep their own records where their business, accounting, tax or legal obligations require independent archival procedures.

What Cuotaro does not replace

Cuotaro is an operational tracking tool. It does not replace accounting software, legal invoicing software, tax advice, legal advice, ERP systems, inventory management or an enterprise field service suite.

Users remain responsible for issuing legally valid invoices where required, keeping accounting records, complying with tax obligations and obtaining professional advice where necessary.

Availability, changes and support

Cuotaro aims to keep the service available and reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features, limits, plans and technical requirements may evolve over time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels where appropriate.

Support is provided through the public support page and the documentation available in the public manual.

Cancellation, deletion and refunds

A paid subscription can be cancelled according to the billing flow available for the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically imply a refund for previous charges.

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy, any mandatory consumer rights and the terms of the payment provider or Merchant of Record used for the transaction.

Account and workspace deletion can be requested according to the public account deletion page.

Intellectual property

Cuotaro, its software, website, interface, design, text, logos, trade names and related materials are owned by the operator or by licensors who have authorized their use.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service according to these terms. No ownership rights in the software or brand are transferred to users.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuotaro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Cuotaro will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss caused by user misuse, third-party services, incorrect data entered by users or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to a customer in their country of residence.

Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
