02

Quote

03

Job

Schedule accepted work and keep notes, maps and files together.

04

Payment

Track due dates, collections, refunds and unpaid work.

Step 1: Capture the request

A request can begin as a phone call, email, WhatsApp, SMS, referral or repeat customer need. Cuotaro captures that work while the details are still clear.

Requests keep the customer, source, service address, urgency, notes and expected next step separate from jobs that are already accepted.

The detailed service request tracking software page explains how to keep early customer needs structured before they become quotes or jobs.

Step 2: Create the quote

Once the request is clear, the user can prepare quote lines with quantities, unit prices, discounts, tax, notes and totals.

Cuotaro can generate the quote PDF and send it by email with the right customer context attached.

Step 3: Schedule the job

When the quote is accepted, the work becomes a job. Cuotaro keeps the customer, request, quote, schedule, service address, notes, files and photos connected.

Dates and status keep scheduled, active, completed and cancelled work easy to separate.

The quote and job tracking software page goes deeper into keeping approved work connected to the original quote context.

Step 4: Track pending payment

After work is completed, the business still needs to know what has to be collected. Cuotaro records payment due dates, paid dates, refunds and unpaid amounts.

This is operational payment tracking, not legal invoicing or accounting.

Support around every step

Reminders can be linked to the customer context, files can support the work record and templates can prepare common messages for customers, requests, quotes, jobs and payments.

The dashboard brings open requests, quotes waiting, today's jobs, pending payments, reminders and recent activity into the same starting point.

Questions

FAQ

Why is the workflow so explicit?

The workflow is the product. Cuotaro helps users see where each piece of work stands and what should happen next.

Is Cuotaro a CRM?

Cuotaro is not a general CRM. It is a lighter operations workspace for service businesses that need to manage requests, quotes, jobs, follow-ups, files and pending payments without a broad sales pipeline.

Is Cuotaro an invoicing or accounting system?

No. Cuotaro is focused on operational tracking. It helps users record expected collections, paid dates, refunds and unpaid amounts, while legal invoicing and accounting stay outside its core scope.
