How to use these templates
Each CSV contains focused fields and clearly fictional examples to replace or delete. You can open the files in Excel, Google Sheets or another spreadsheet tool. They are not Cuotaro import templates and do not replace invoicing or accounting software.
Use them to decide which details matter and make the next action visible. If copied rows, separate files or multiple versions start obscuring the customer context, the linked guides explain how a connected workflow can help.

Record who contacted you, how the request arrived, what the customer needs, where the work may take place and what should happen next. A consistent intake log stops calls, emails and messages from becoming disconnected fragments.

A sent quote needs a review date and a defined next step. This template keeps value, validity, status, owner and follow-up action together so open proposals do not rely on memory.

Job planning and task tracking template
Plan a job from a customer request or an accepted quote. Record the source reference, scheduled date and time, the person responsible for each task and the steps needed to carry out and check the work.
Use one row per task and keep the same job ID for tasks belonging to the same visit. The examples cover a job with several tasks and a separate request that needs no quote. Leave references that do not apply blank. Keep shared job details consistent across its rows.
Update task status and completion dates manually. Finish the job only after checking its tasks and recording any unfinished work and the next action. A completed task does not mean the whole job is finished, and a finished job does not mean payment has been received. The CSV has no automatic reminders or completion checks.
